Street artist Banksy has honored workers on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Instead of being painted on a wall somewhere, his latest creation is framed and is hanging in the hallway at a British hospital.

It's called "Game Changer" and it shows a child playing with a superhero toy, but it's not the normal fictional superhero figures we're accustomed to seeing. It's a nurse with a cape billowing behind as the child makes the figure fly. Spider-Man and Batman are relegated to a basket, The Associated Press reported.

The artwork was hung at Southhampton General Hospital.

Banksy also left a message for the hospital's staff that read, "Thanks for all you're doing. I hope this brightens the place up a bit, even if (it's) only black and white," the AP reported.

The painting will eventually be auctioned to help raise money for national health charities, a spokesperson for the artist told the AP.
