Caught on video: Paraglider gets tangled in power lines

A man was freed from a paraglider that crashed into power lines in a neighborhood in Owasso, Oklahoma, Thursday morning.

Police say the paraglider had engine trouble and it got caught in the lines.

Another person nearby recording the flight helped the man flying the paraglider cut himself loose.
