Davis teamed up with her sixth-grade neighbor, Kenzie Ortscheid, to help her complete the 40 activities.
“It feels really good when you cross something off because you know that you’ve been maybe doing something that’s very active," Ortscheid.
The two are most proud of accomplishing their goal of walking a marathon.
Ortscheid's father, Tim Ortscheid, told WSOC-TV he's happy for the friendship Davis has cultivated with his younger daughter and he's proud of all they've accomplished.
“You can do things within [stay-at-home] guidelines that still make you smile, still make you laugh,” Tim Ortscheid said. “And that’s really important to me. Kaylie really helped with the mental health of my child and herself, I’m sure.”
