Categories include Family Friendly, presented to an organization that supports employees through family-friendly policies, and Giving Back to Neighborhoods, given to an individual or group that has supported and inspired their neighborhood.

Nominations must be submitted by June 16 and nominees must be within city limits.
Awards are to be presented at a Dayton City Commission meeting.
