Kathleen Woodie, 27, of Oakwood, was driving a Volkswagen Jetta east on Interstate 840 in a westbound lane when she hit a Toyota Camry head-on, reported WGNS Radio.
The crash also killed the driver of the Camry, 20-year-old Keante Clemons, of Huntsville, Alabama.
Tennessee Highway Patrol said both were declared dead at the scene, according to WGNS.
