Police: Two passed out in UDF parking lot charged with drug abuse

Two people found passed out in a car parked at a UDF gas pump were charged with drug abuse, according to Middletown police.

Ryan Carrell, 39, of Trenton, was charged with three counts of drug abuse, including methamphetamine, fentanyl and schedule IV narcotics, according to a police report.

The passenger in the car, Alisha Bond, 33, of Trenton, was charged with drug abuse/instruments and she had a warrant through the Oxford Police Department. She was transported to Edgewood Middle School where she was transferred to Oxford police, the report read.

Police responded Feb. 21 to UDF, 101 N. Verity Parkway, on a report that two people were passed out in a red vehicle parked at a gas pump.

Prior to waking up the occupants, police noticed a syringe cap lying on the center console and open beer bottles in the floorboard. When Carrell stepped out of the car, police saw a small plastic baggie tied to his drawstring of his pants.

Bond told police that she and Carrell had been living out of that vehicle for a period of time.

Police field tested the items that were found in the car and they tested positive for methamphetamine, fentanyl and Klonazepam, according to a police report.
