"She looked up and saw that she was going to hit construction barrels so (she) swerved to avoid them," the release states. "(The driver) swerved sharply to the right and felt the load ... shift which caused her semi/tanker to roll over."
The cleaning solution that was being transported in the tanker "had to be off-loaded into another tanker" before it could be turned upright, Wojas said.
The right lane on I-65 at the 247.8 mile marker near the Crown Point exit was closed for about eight hours, the release states.
Julie Duncan, 55, who was driving the tanker owner by Highway Transport out of Knoxville, Tenn., was wearing her seat belt and was not injured, Wojas said. She was cited for unsafe lane movement, the release states.
