Sprinkler test triggers alarm at Beavercreek Walmart

Sprinkler system testing this afternoon triggered the fire alarm at the Walmart store in Beavercreek.

A Beavercreek Twp. fire official said there were no issues at the store, 3360 Pentagon Blvd., where the fire alarm sounded.

Fire crews were called on reports of a possible water line break.

We’re working to learn more about an incident at the Walmart in Beavercreek, where reports indicate a water line was broken.

A fire crew responded late this afternoon to the store, 3360 Pentagon Blvd. after someone working in the store struck a water line, which triggered the fire alarm, according to the Beavercreek emergency dispatch center.
