Former Ohio governor John Kasich is heading to New Hampshire to hawk his new book and talk about the 2020 presidential election.

Kasich is scheduled to participate in a public forum at the University of New Hampshire that will be moderated with former NH attorney general Tom Rath.

Kasich is publicizing his new book “It’s Up to Us: Ten Little Ways We Can Bring About Big Change.”

Kasich’s return to New Hampshire comes a year before the next presidential election and more than two years after his failed run for the GOP presidential nomination in 2016.

Donald Trump beat Kasich in the 2016 New Hampshire primary 35 percent to 16 percent, even after Kasich heavily invested campaign resources in the Granite State.

In addition to publishing his fifth book, Kasich is a commentator on CNN.
