The company makes woven labels and tags, leather patches and other packaging.
In a written statement, Rep. Peggy Lehner, R-Kettering said the funding was approved by the State Controlling Board on Monday.
The board reviews all loans and grants from the state department of development.
“This is exactly what the state should be doing to help create and retain jobs for our citizens,” Lehner said.
The new jobs being created at the company will pay an average wage of $14 per hour.
