Substitute teachers are being sought by West Carrollton City Schools.

The district is “actively recruiting” short- and long-term substitute teachers for this school year, according to its website. It is also accepting applications for both short- and long-term school health associate substitutes.

Substitute teachers in the district – which includes parts of Miami Twp. and Moraine - must hold a valid Ohio teaching license or substitute license, according to the district’s website.

Qualified applications must have a valid LPN or RN license issued by The Ohio Department of Nursing, as well as the ability to apply for an educational aide permit with the Ohio Department of Education.
