The Great Miami River is out of its banks again at Troy’s Treasure Island Park.

The city park is under a $2 million renovation, which includes an amphitheater, gazebo, lighthouse, walking trail along and a new entrance from Elm Street.

The project is scheduled to be completed in early spring of 2016.
