Two Men Accused Of Planning Home Invasions

Two men were arrested Tuesday after federal agents said they were planning to rob homes.

Police said the arrests came after a monthlong investigation.

Police said they tracked down Dexter McCain and Kurt Strode in a parking lot of a business along Needmore Road.

They are accused of planning home invasions in order to steal large quantities of drugs allegedly inside the homes.

Police said both men had guns in their possession when they were arrested.

They are now charged with drug trafficking conspiracy and possession of a firearm.
