The merger will bring together real estate executives Vic Green and Gary Yagley. In 1981, the pair teamed to start Investmark Realtors, according to a news release.
Vic Green will become principal broker of the resulting company and will focus on mentoring sales associates, the release states. Yagley will devote his time to commercial sales and leasing, the release states.
The company also will continue operating Comprehensive Property Management, the release states.
The sales offices will be located at 901 Congress Park Drive, Washington Twp., while business offices will be located at 774 Yankee Trace Drive, Centerville.
