BURTON, Stephen W.

Dayton, OH, (66) passed away unexpectedly on Monday,

December 14, 2020, after a brief illness. Stephen was born on January 20, 1954, to the late James and Ruth E. Burton and was a 1972 graduate of Beavercreek High School. He was a talented hair dresser and nail technician with Studio 48. For the past several years, he volunteered at the Dayton Playhouse, designing costumes and styling wigs for shows. He is survived by his partner of 24 years, Timothy Grewe, his brother Mark A. (Cheryl) Burton of Hillsboro, Ohio, nephews Jeremey (Ronni) Burton and Cody (Kate) Burton, a great-niece, two great-nephews, very dear and close friends, Jacqueline Powell and Tina McPhearson, Aunt Shirley Wallingford, Uncle Donald Wallingford, several cousins, friends, colleagues, and clients. His vibrant spirit will forever be a part of our lives. A memorial service to honor Stephen's life will be held at a later date. Newcomer Kettering Chapel entrusted with
