Butter Cafe is buttering up Dayton’s EMT, firefighters, police and military with free meal deal today

Butter Cafe is thanking Dayton’s public safety workers the best way it knows how— with delicious food.

On Tuesday, May 21, all EMT personnel, firefighters, police and military members can participate in Butter Cafe's buy one, get one free promotion as one big "thank you" to the city.

Workers can either come in uniform or just present an ID verifying a position of service on the day of promotion. The deal can either be used on yourself or with a friend joining you for lunch.

“They are just trying to help us all,” said Amy Beaver, owner of Butter Cafe. “In the end when you need somebody that’s who you’re going to call.”

In addition to the one-day deal, mentioned safety and service workers can also get 20% off their entire check during the month of June.

“They’re always there. They always help us,” Beaver said.
