According to daytonhistory.org, the restaurant, which is open from April through October, "pays homage to Culp's Cafeteria — a renowned Dayton lunchroom that specialized in home-cooked food. Housed in the legendary downtown Arcade, Culp's was Dayton's first restaurant to offer air-conditioning, and featured the first electronic Hammond organ in the area."

You can enjoy a variety of sandwiches and sides, including burgers, hot dogs, and homemade soups.

The best part? It’s a great value: you can get a sandwich, side and drink for well under $10.
