Elé Cake Co. adds Sunday Brunch to their menu

Get ready for an entirely new experience next time you visit Elé Cake Co.'s Austin Landing location.

Starting Sunday, Feb. 21 the Bistro will be open for brunch every Sunday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., and patrons will be able to choose from several delectable brunch items.

So why did the Bistro decide to incorporate brunch into their menu offerings?

"There just doesn't seem like there a lot of Sunday brunch options in the area and we thought this would be a great way to draw a crowd," said Elé Cake Co. co-owner Becky Nels Lewis.

Now, what about those delectable offerings?

“One of the unique things we have is a French toast BLT,” Lewis said. “(We'll also have a) spinach, olive and leek tart, (a) ham and cheese waffle, and then we will have biscuits and gravy, Belgium waffles, traditional omelets and other classic choices and lunch sandwiches,” Lewis added.

“It’s just exciting to offer something unique and different to Austin Landing at the Bistro location,” she said.
