One of the new restaurant openings of 2018 we were most excited about is just a short drive away and blends some of our favorite things: burgers and Wahlbergs.

The Cincinnati location of Wahlburgers opened in January and offers a new destination for burgers.

The burger chain co-owned by star actor Mark Wahlberg and his brothers

— lifetime boy band heart throb Donnie Wahlberg and chef Paul Wahlberg — added a new location at the corner of 6th and Main Streets in Cincinnati, according to the Downtown Cincinnati Facebook page.

The famous Wahlberg brothers were spotted in town a few times to celebrate the new restaurant this year.

Donnie Wahlberg of “Blue Bloods” and New Kids on the Block stopped by in May (and also had some Graeter’s ice cream, Cincinnati chili and visited Fiona).

Just speculating here, but New Kids on the Block will be on tour in 2019, and open the tour in Cincinnati on Thursday, May 2. We can only assume he will be stopping by Wahlburgers at some point!
