“The inspiration for the change came from serving at the Taco Takeover events at Yellow Cab Tavern, where we had the opportunity to turn into a taco truck for the evening. We had such a great response, we decided to take the plunge!” said Sparks.

The Drunken Waffle has always offered a unique dining experience, and now their twist on tacos takes that a step further.

“We are so excited to put that creativity into tacos. We want to appeal to a broader audience, while still providing a creative, quality product. Because, who doesn't like tacos?” said Sparks.

New menu items include tacos and burritos. Die hard Drunken Wafflers should not fear: the famous War Pig Sandwich remains on the menu, along with a few other rotating waffle items.

What else is to come? For that, we’ll have to be patient. “We have big plans for the truck next season! I don't want to jinx myself so I'm going to keep quiet with the details for now.” said Sparks.
