Just Jerks offers authentic Caribbean-style food truck cuisine. If you can stand the heat, ask for the spicy version of the Maniac Sauce. CONNIE POST/STAFF
If you like this style, check out Just Jerks: Ena's Jamaican Grill. It is 100 percent authentic Caribbean jerk-style cuisine. I recently discovered their food truck at RiverScape.

Choose a wrap, rice bowl or sliders. I went with the wrap. It comes with mozzarella, cabbage and a delightful concoction called "Maniac Sauce," which takes this street food to the next level. I hate too much sauce on any sort of street food -- I don't like it trickling down my chin, saturating my napkin or getting all over my clothes. What I appreciated about my Just Jerks wrap was the perfect amount of sauce -- enough to get the full explosion of flavors but without any inconvenient drippiness.
Shredded cabbage adds a wonderful crunchy texture to the spicy-and-chewy ingredients.
