MIAMISBURG — Earlier this month, Watermark Restaurant began a new Sunday brunch. The 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. breakfast event features both breakfast favorites, as well as the creative and delicious dishes like a Smoked Salmon Tart, a Blueberry-Lemon Scone, and a Pork Belly Hash.

Here are several items that caught our eye that we can't wait to try:

Kentucky Hot Brown ($16.95) 

Open-face roasted turkey sandwich with creamy Mornay sauce, bacon, and melted white cheddar. It's a rich and hearty southern classic.

Le Brunch Puff ($14.95) 

Flaky puff pastry wrapped around fresh asparagus, prosciutto, savory herbs, ricotta, goat, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses; smoked tomato jam; choice of dressed greens, breakfast potatoes, or a cup of soup.

Crab Cake Bowl ($14.95) 

Crab cake, smoked gouda grits, smoked tomato jam, sunny-side egg and Dijon cream sauce.

Pork Belly Hash ($14.95) 

Hearty bowl with braised pork belly, herbed fingerling potatoes, pepper-jack queso, chipotle sour cream; sunny-side egg drizzled with fire-roasted poblano vinaigrette.

Salmon Bennie Stack ($14.95) 

Fried green tomatoes with petite salmon burgers, remoulade, avocado, and microgreens topped with a poached egg; with dressed greens, breakfast potatoes or cup of soup.

Hangtown Fry ($14.95) 

California prospector’s favorite! Fresh eggs scrambled and tossed with crispy fried oysters, bacon crumbles, and spinach; served with toast and breakfast potatoes.

Pork Belly Bao Buns ($9.95 for two) 

Braised pork belly, hoisin glaze, house pickled vegetables on freshly steamed buns.

Blueberry Lemon Scone ($4.95) 

Fresh blueberry scone drizzled with lemon glaze.

Wash it down with a Bloody Mary ($10) or a Mimosa ($8) and you are in business.
