2019 linebacker commits to Ohio State Buckeyes

The Ohio State Buckeyes received a verbal commitment from a four-star recruit in the class of 2019 on Monday.

Kane Patterson, a linebacker from Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville, Tenn., announced his pick on Twitter. He ranks 194th in his class, according to 247Sports.com, and eighth among inside linebackers.

Alabama, Stanford, Tennessee and Texas A&M were also in the running to land Patterson.

Ohio State now has 14 commitments in the class of 2019. The class ranks sixth in the nation, according to 247Sports.com.
