2016-17 highlights: Won the Division II state championship for the third year in a row. And played for a state title for the fourth straight season. The senior class finished as the winningest class in OHSAA history (115-5 over their 4-year career).
Key graduating seniors were four-year starters Braxtin Miller (Oklahoma State) and Libby Bazelak (Duquesne). Also Emily Long (Alma). All playing at the college level. Libby and Braxtin were co-players of the year for District 15, and first team All-Ohio. Braxtin was a McDonald’s All-American nominee and an Esmark All-American. Libby was the OHSBCA Ms. Basketball as well as the Penn Station Athlete of the Year.
