WR Rashaun Simonise (rookie, Calgary)

OT John Weidenaar (rookie, Montana State)

All of the players waived except for Chykie Brown are eligible to be signed to an NFL practice squad if they clear waivers Sunday.
The Bengals could bring Chykie Brown to the 53-man roster Sunday if they elect to place running back Cedric Peerman and/or rookie first-round pick William Jackson on Injured Reserve. By keeping Peerman and Jackson on the 53-man roster today, the Bengals can designate one of them for return. The Bengals do not need to designate which player they are bringing back until they clear him to return to practice.
Both Peerman and Jackson, if placed on IR on Sunday, would be eligible to practice after Week 6 and eligible to play after Week 8.
Hardison, who suffered a shoulder injury in Jacksonville on Sunday, and rookie fourth-rounder Andrew Billings, who went on IR on Tuesday with a knee injury, are not eligible to return because they did not make the 53-man roster.
