Carroll (27-3) placed runner-up in the D-II state tournament, won its second straight outright Greater Catholic League Co-Ed North title (10-0) and shared the Associated Press D-II state poll title with Poland Seminary. The Patriots began the season 15-0 and won regular-season titles in the Bragginâ Rights Classic at Cincinnati and Kings Holiday Tournament.

Toledo Rogers defeated Carroll 56-45 to win its second straight D-II state championship. Carroll also was the D-II state runner-up in 2011 under then-coach Rob Berry.
