Cincinnati Bengals re-sign versatile offensive lineman

The Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday re-signed versatile offensive lineman Trey Hopkins to a one-year contract.

A fourth-year player in 2019, Hopkins (6-foot-3, 316 pounds) has played in 30 games the last three seasons, including 21 starts (13 at right guard, two at left guard and six at center).

Hopkins joined the Bengals in 2014 as a college free agent from the University of Texas. He signed the second-round tender the Bengals extended to him March 8.
