About Dayton: They Flyers have won three of their last four, and their field-goal percentages in those games were 55.1, 61.7, 50 and 50. They're first in the A-10 in field-goal shooting at 46.9 percent. If that clip holds up, it would tie their best mark since 1990. The 2007-08 team also shot 46.9 percent. … UD is first in the league in 3-point shooting at 38.1 percent. They're flirting with an all-time program high in that category. They shot a record 39.2 in 1989-90 and 38.1 in 2006-07. UD is fourth in the A-10 in foul shooting (71.8) and rebound margin (plus-4.2).

About St. Bonaventure: The Bonnies have won three straight and four of their last six. The two defeats were in OT. … They're the defending A-10 tourney champions and advanced to the NCAA tourney for the first time since 2000. Andrew Nicholson, the league player of the year, became a first-round NBA draft pick and is averaging 8.4 points for the Orlando Magic. … The Bonnies beat Charlotte, 104-83, on Saturday and UMass, 99-94, on Feb. 20. … They're fourth in the league in scoring (73.1), first in foul shooting (76.1 percent) and 11th in rebound margin (minus-0.6).

FYI: Back-up guard Khari Price (thigh) has played the last two games after missing the previous six, but he still hasn't participated in full-contact drills since his injury. Starting guard Vee Sanford has been nursing an ankle sprain the last two games. He's been held out of practice and wears a protective boot.

“Sometimes added rest will help, but for Vee to have a chance to play (tonight), he can’t do anything. I worry about him with his rhythm,” UD coach Archie Miller said.
