Dutch Lions tie Cleveland, remain in first place

The Dayton Dutch Lions kept their space in first place of the Premier Development League’s Great Lakes Division of the Central Conference, but they tied the host Cleveland Internationals 2-2 on Thursday.

It was the Dutch Lions’ fourth tie of the season, but with just one loss the first-year franchise remains tied with the Chicago Fire with 16 points.

Dayton (4-1-4) next plays a scrimmage against the Columbus Crew on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at UD's Baujan Field.
