GCLC softball: Champions Fenwick, Badin sweep top individual awards

The Fenwick and Badin prep softball teams won division championships and swept the top individual awards in the 2018 Greater Catholic League Coed Division voting this season.

Fenwick earned the North Division title with a 9-5 record and had the Athlete of the Year (junior first baseman Annabelle Thomas) and Coach of the Year (George Moore).

In the Central Division, senior pitcher Nicole Rawlings is the Athlete of the Year and Greg Stitzel is the Coach of the Year for Badin. The Rams went 13-1 in league play and shared the Central crown with McNicholas.
