Reds starter Sonny Gray lost a no-hitter and a shutout with two outs in the seventh inning as Seattle beat Cincinnati 5-3 at T-Mobile Park.

Rookie Kyle Lewis, playing in his second MLB game, blasted a three-run home run to stop Gray’s no-hit bid and erase a 2-0 Reds lead.

The Mariners added two runs in the eight off Kevin Gausman. The Reds scored a run in the ninth for the final margin.

The two teams wrap up the three-game series at 10:10 p.m. today.
