Quarterback Jack Hemmelgarn passed for 287 yards and two touchdowns to pace the Cavaliers (15-0).
Aaron Harlamert caught seven passes for 142 yards and two scores and Kraig Schoenherr added a pair of rushing TDs.
The title was the sixth overall for the Cavaliers, who extended their playoff winning streak to 20 games.
