Are there really people throwing down $100 to protest a protest they don’t like?
I know wasting money has become a pastime in this country, but that seems a bit extreme.

It stayed in the news over the weekend as Kaepernick took a knee during the national anthem before the 49ers last preseason game, made the team as a backup and got support from US soccer standout Megan Rapinoe.

With Kaepernick still a member of the 49ers, his skill set perfectly fitting new coach Chip Kelly’s offense perfectly and the current starter way over his head in the NFL, this story doesn’t figure to fade away anytime soon.
