Players, fans react to Browns Myles Garrett hitting Steelers QB Mason Rudolph in head with helmet

Browns defensive end Myles Garrett likely is facing a long suspension after ripping off Steelers QB Mason Rudolph’s helment and striking him in the head with it with 8 seconds to play in Cleveland’s 21-7 win Thursday night.

Garrett was ejected from the game.
