Bengals Key Ring: 6 players to watch in Sunday’s game

Jeremy Hill, Cincinnati RB

Turnovers tell the tale in this rivalry, and Hill is coming off a disastrous performance where he lost two fumbles against the Chargers. If he struggles with ball security again today, it could be lethal for the Bengals chances of winning.

Kevin Huber, Cincinnati P

In what figures to be a close, low-scoring game, field position will be a key element, and for whatever reason Huber has struggled in Baltimore. His lowest averge of the season came in Baltimore each of the last two seasons, and in six games there he has averaged 39.6, nearly 4.5 yards less than in all other venues.

George Iloka, Cincinnati S

Baltimore tight end Crockett Gillmore has emerged as one of Joe Flacco’s favorite targets, and that should continue today given the success Bengals corners have had covering wide receivers. Iloka is one of the better cover safeties in the league, and he’ll be tested.

Justin Forsett, Baltimore RB

The Ravens have been unable to get Forsett going after he rushed for 1,266 yards last year. Look for them to make that a priority today against a Bengals defense that gave up some big plays in the run game against San Diego.

James Hurst, Baltimore LT

With starter Eugene Monroe unlikely to play while still recovering from a Week 1 concussion, Hurst will make his second consecutive start and be tasked with trying to slow Bengals defensive end Michael Johnson.

Jimmy Smith, Baltimore CB

At 6-foot-2, Smith has rare height for a corner, which could make him more effective in covering 6-5 Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert than the smaller corners who have tried and failed in the first two weeks.
