Fairmont 6, Northmont 5: Colton Hicks singled in Elliot Kurtz for the winning run in walk-off fashion in game one of a doubleheader. Hicks finished 3-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored. Northmont took game two 7-6 to salvage a split when Garrett McGough led off the seventh with a double and scored on a Thomas Walsh sac-fly.
Greenville 16, West Carrollton 10: Nolan Ridgeway doubled and drove in three and Noah Martin had a triple for West Carrollton in a game played at Fifth Third Field.
Fairfield 3, Hamilton 2: Shane Hatfield touched the plate for the game-winning run in the top of the seventh for Fairfield.
Fenwick 12, Carroll 1: Jared Kauffman blasted his second grand slam of the season, Brad Davenport had a solo shot and Sam Secrest doubled in his first varsity at-bat for Fenwick.
Spg. Shawnee 4, Northeastern 0: Colby Wooten paced Shawnee, throwing a complete-game shutout with six strikeouts.
Eaton 3, Oakwood 0: Bradley Curry tossed a complete-game shutout, Colton Gray hit a two-run home run and Henry Durham and Trevor Pittman each doubled to lead Eaton.
Ben Logan 5, Kenton Ridge 2: Cole Waugh threw six and a third innings to earn the win and Konner Caudill drove in two to lead Ben Logan. Calvin Dibert went 2-for-4 with a RBI for KR.
Northwestern 6, Bellefontaine 5: Christian Highfield threw a complete game to earn the win and went 2-for-3 with a RBI at the plate. Noah Brown and Spencer Rinaldi added two hits apiece for NW.
West Liberty-Salem 2, Fairbanks 1: Thomas Allen singled in Ben Hyland for the game-tying run and Chase Humphrey doubled in Allen for the winning run as WLS scored both runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to win in rally fashion.
Catholic Central 9, Madison Plains 5: Every starter had a hit and Connor Impson earned the win on the mound to lead Central.
Tri-County North 11, National Trail 1: Tanner Booth tallied three RBI and Bailey Lairson, Chandler Sproles and Liam Downing plated two runs apiece in resumed game from April 28.
Bethel 7, Mississinawa Valley 1: Perry Casto plated three runs and Christian White, Ben Lawson and Travis Durst had a RBI apiece for Bethel. Andrew Johns drove in Trent Collins for Mississinawa’s lone run.
St. Henry 3, Parkway 2: Rylee Deitsch drove in Ryan Luttmer with two outs in the bottom of the tenth inning to give St. Henry the win.
Softball
Fairborn 7, Xenia 6: Bryanna McLean singled in two runs, Taylor Rice went 3-for-4 and Fairborn captured the Greater Western Ohio Conference South title outright.
Northmont 9, Miamisburg 8: Erin Mangen blasted a grand slam in the third inning of the contest to help propel Northmont to the win.
Badin 17, Purcell Marian 0: Sam Sander doubled and homered, Sydney Rawlings doubled and drove in two and Badin ace Nicole Rawlings struck out seven over three shutout innings, improving her record to 20-2.
Fenwick 14, Roger Bacon 4: Rachel Berling was the winning pitcher, Jessica Finley went 3-for-3 and drove in two and Abby Gustely and Claudia Miller scored four runs apiece for Fenwick.
Ross 9, Talawanda 8: Kenzie Meyer notched the win on the mound for Ross.
Newton 11, Ansonia 1: Haley Pack hit a two-run homer, Brooke Deeter doubled twice and Kristen Rappold finished 3-for-3 to lead Newton.
Bethel 11, Mississinawa Valley 5: Paxton Scholl drove in two, Amanda Jeffers was 1-for-2 with a RBI and Kinsie Blocher 2-for-3 to lead Mississinawa.
Riverside 8, Upper Scioto Valley 2: Kristin Davidson went 3-for-4 and Shelby Giles struck out nine in helping Riverside clinch a share of the Northwest Central Conference title.
Fort Loramie 1, Houston 0: 37 runs were scored in the previous game between these teams, but an Aleah Frilling walk-off home run was the difference this time around.
Boys Tennis
Southwestern Buckeye League Southwest Tournament: Nick Cassidy, Sam Lahmon and Andrew Toussaint helped Oakwood sweep the singles matches in the final round, but in the end Bellbrook finished on top.
Fairmont 3, Milton Union 2: Murad Nawaz, Jake Haas and Tyler Juhasz swept the singles matches for Fairmont, which won its fourth consecutive contest.
Troy 5, Tecumseh 0: Shane Essick, Elijah Sadler and Andrew Magoteaux picked up singles wins in the sweep for Troy.
Sidney 3, Lehman Catholic 2: Prem Dev and Logan Searcy notched singles wins to lead Sidney. Sam Ritze won in second singles for LC.
Fenwick 3, Alter 2: Dylan Sagan and Matt Page captured singles matches for Fenwick in a match that decided the Greater Catholic League Co-Ed title. Austin Schockman won in third singles for Alter.
Miami Valley 5, Chaminade Julienne 0: Colton Morehart, Reece Quigley and the doubles team of Joe Keller and Niyanth Reddy won their matches in straight sets.
Boys Volleyball
Centerville 3, Fairmont 0: With scores of 25-22 25-19 and 25-19 Centerville came out on top. Ben Chico led the way with 11 kills, 17 digs and two aces. Carter Holbrook added 19 digs and Troy Brewer 38 assists.
Carroll 3, Edgewood 0: Andrew Gard tallied 20 kills, Spencer Bethel 37 assists and Braden Hawkes 15 digs to lead Carroll. Jeremiah Beeler had 16 assists and David Testas 12 kills in a losing effort for Edgewood.
