Girls Basketball

DISTRICT TOURNAMENT

Anna 49, Miami East 30: Lauren Barhorst paced Anna with 18 points and Ella Doseck added 11. Camryn Miller finished with 10 points for Miami East.

Fort Loramie 66, Riverside 6: Dana Rose tallied 14 points with five steals and five rebounds to pace unbeaten Fort Loramie. Kennedi Gephart and Kenzie Hoelscher each added 12 points.

Franklin Monroe 43, Troy Christian 23: Franklin Monroe used a 9-0 run in the middle of the game to take off, improving to 25-2 with the win. Corina Conley totaled 23 points and Belle Cable 10.

Mechanicsburg 59, Botkins 29: Grace Forrest netted 14 of her 22 points in the first half and Kasey Schipfer added 17 points with ten rebounds for ‘Burg. Carmen Heuker led Botkins with 14 points.

Tri-Village 62, Catholic Central 32: Morgan Hunt poured in 27 points, Lissa Siler added 15 and Maddie Downing 11 for Tri-Village, which improved to 24-1. Abbigail Peterson paced Catholic Central with 11 points.

Versailles 62, Madison 39: Brooke Stonebraker scored 18 points and Lindsey Winner 16 for Versailles, which advanced to a seventh consecutive district final. Ally King posted 15 points for Madison.

Waynesville 43, West Liberty-Salem 30: Leah Butterbaugh chipped in 22 points and Carli Brown tacked on 11 for Waynesville. Emily Hollar had 13 points to lead WLS.

Boys Basketball

Midwest Athletic Conference All-MAC Teams: Michael Stammen was unanimously chosen as player of the year and Travis Swank was picked as the coach of the year after Versailles completed an unbeaten run in conference play.
