It’s the second regional final appearance in school history for the program.
Both Carroll and Roger Bacon punched a ticket to the regional finals on Tuesday.
Carroll defeated Valley View 57-19 behind 21 points from Julia Keller and Roger Bacon edged Jonathan Alder 53-51.
Roger Bacon and Carroll will play Friday at Springfield. The teams split their series in the regular season.
Purcell Marian will face Anna on Saturday at Springfield.
Anna pulled away in the fourth quarter to beat Versailles 45-35 on Wednesday.
