Winds during the afternoon may gust as high as 25 mph, keeping wind chills in the teens through most of the day. Actual highs expected in the upper 20s. There’s also a slim chance of a few stray flurries during the day, but no accumulation is expected.
Skies will gradually clear Tuesday night and temperatures will plunge into the teens by daybreak . Wind chills Wednesday morning will start in the single digits.
