Blustery northwest winds will make it feel like the teens all day long. A few passing flurries or light snow showers are also possible. Winds will not be as strong as Tuesday, but still could gust up to 30 mph.
Temperatures will drop to the teens Wednesday night with wind chills into the single digits.
