All pumpkin everything on the menu for local restaurant’s Great Pumpkin Fest

Lily's Bistro's first Great Pumpkin Fest is underway, but you can still enjoy the special pumpkin-themed food and drinks menu until Saturday, Nov. 2.

“Pumpkin is the quintessential fall flavor, so we’re dedicating a whole week to this delicious gourd,” Lily’s owner Emily Mendenhall said in a release. “Both the kitchen and bar are excitedly working on classic favorites and crafting new tastes.”

During lunch and dinner hours for the week, a special changing menu of pumpkin soup, pumpkin fritters, pumpkin chili, pumpkin ravioli and other dishes will be paired with pumpkin beers and pumpkin cocktails.

“Pumpkin is an incredibly versatile flavor,” Mendenhall said. “We’ve got some pretty exciting ideas for celebrating the Great Pumpkin.”
