Once again, Dayton will be participating in Cupid’s Undie Run, an underwear party (of sorts) put on each year by Cupid’s Charity in around 40 American cities to raise awareness and find a cure for neurofibromatosis, a genetic disorder that affects one in every 3,000 children born. The event will raise money to find the cure to the genetic disorder.
This year, the event will take place on Saturday, Feb. 15, at Lock 27 Brewing Company in Dayton.
Despite the name of the event, don’t be fooled. Little to no running will actually be involved. Attendees of Cupid’s Undie Run will only run (or walk) for a mile at their own pace. On that same note, if stripping down to your skivvies in front of strangers seems out of the question, event organizers ask that you wear an outrageous costume of some variety, instead.

The party will begin with drinks and mingling, and end with an “epic dance party.”
Attendees will pay $40 to participate, with the option of raising donations to receive extra goodies like a race T-shirt. You can register for the undie event by visiting my.cupids.org/register. Want to learn more about how to raise money for Cupid's Charity? Visit cupids.org/rewards.
