Tipp City’s DORA is located on Main Street between the Tipp Roller Mill, located just beyond the intersection of First Street and Main Street, and the railroad tracks that fall between Fourth Street and Fifth Street. Small portions of First, Second and Third Street will also be within the borders of the DORA program. Signs will be posted along the route so customers are made aware of these DORA borders.

Customers will be able to take advantage of DORA on Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.
While in the DORA district, customers are only permitted to walk around with alcohol purchased from one of the seven participating establishments that sell liquor in downtown Tipp City. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted. Additionally, all purchased drinks must remain in the specialty Tipp City DORA cups, and not poured into another container. And finally, customers cannot take a beverage from one liquor-serving establishment into another, as liquor permits cannot cross and doing this could put the business at risk of losing its liquor license. Due to the COVID pandemic, the DORA cups cannot be reused after one use.
