Available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last, the cobblers will be available at both Ghostlight locations starting Friday, July 2 through Sunday, July 4.
Last weekend, Ghostlight introduced The Peach Truck to its menu with a short run of Bourbon Peach Pecan GhostTarts with house-made jam filling. Mandy Smith, chef and head Ghostlight baker, thought of the peach GhostTarts on her own, but was inspired by The Peach Truck’s online recipes to create the cobblers.
The Peach Truck’s version of the cobblers features blueberries and peaches. However, Smith “veganized” the recipe and used lavender— a staple Ghostlight flavor — instead of blueberries.
