The downtown Dayton home of AAA Allied Group/AAA Miami Valley has been sold.
Dayton Automobile Club has sold its 825 S. Ludlow St. home to Dunkirk Realty Limited for $430,000, according to Montgomery County property records. The sale was recorded Wednesday.
Cindy Antrican, a spokeswoman for AAA, said the Ludlow location was built in the 1950s and didn’t serve customers well. Most local AAA employees have already moved to new locations at Huber Heights or Beavercreek. “Our staff will be supporting our members” from those locations, she said.

The two-story office building on Ludlow offered 19,800 square feet, according to county records.
