Area manufacturing space sold for nearly $400K

Manufacturing property in Brookville recently sold for $390,000 in an ownership transfer, local property records show.

The company working at the property at 90 Mosier Parkway is not planning to move, an employee said.

That address is the home of tool calibrator and repair shop Encore Systems Inc., which received a $125,000 Montgomery County Economic Development/Government Equity (ED/GE) grant in 2006 to expand in that space.

The building was sold by 90 Mosier Parkway LLC to Kirchner LLC Friday, records show.

The company’s web site still gives 90 Mosier Parkway as its address. Encore’s customers have included Moraine truck engine producer DMAX Ltd. and auto parts producer Delphi.

Jed Elley, a vice president at Encore, said the company came into new ownership in the past two years. He said the company is not planning to move, and the building was transferred from previous ownership.
