Base to open NASIC to prospective contractors

Defense contractors interested in work at NASIC should mark Oct. 23 on their calendars.

The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Information Directorate will host a one-day visit for potential contractors at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the Department of Defense said.

The “Industry Day” event will provide interested companies with an overview of major systems under bid solicitations, help companies better understand requirements, goals, priorities and business opportunities and help them prepare for requests from the DoD for bids.

One-on-one sessions will be scheduled between government personnel and industry representatives, the DoD said.

The event will be held at NASIC at Wright-Patterson. Check-in time is 8-8:30 am.
