ULTA says it uses “street of shops” approach with unique areas devoted to specific product categories, making it easy for customers to find what they need and to explore new offerings. Walking through the store, customers pass by Prestige beauty and skin care products, followed by hair care and styling tools, The Salon and then ULTA’s “Color Library,” which includes cosmetics from top mass brands such as L’Oreal, Revlon and Cover Girl. Fragrance occupies the center of the store.
The salon within the store offers such services as hair cutting and color, brow arching and facials.
