Bellefontaine lands new manufacturing plant

A Dublin, Ohio-based plastic injection mold company is expanding to Bellefontaine and will create 40 to 80 new jobs, according to the Sidney real estate firm that brokered the deal.

M3/IEG is acquiring a 33,000-square-foot facility at 223 Lock and Load Road in the Link Commerce Park in Bellefontaine, officials said.

Founded in 2004, the company specializes in plastic injection mold making and manufacturing.

Tim Echemann of Industrial Property Brokers, who brokered the deal, said the company hopes to be in production at the new facility by late February or early March.
