A Canadian real estate investor has paid $3.5 million for a pair of office buildings on Poe Avenue.

Local property records identify the buyer of 6640 and 6680 Poe as Olymbec USA LLC, a limited liability corporation with ties to the same Canadian company that owns the PNC building in downtown Dayton.
